Our star naming products do not officially rename, register or designate stars with any scientific, governmental or internationally recognised astronomical authority.

Similarly, our Moon Acre, Mars Acre and other celestial land gifts do not provide legal ownership, legal title, property rights or real estate rights over the Moon, Mars or any other celestial body.

Under international agreements including the Outer Space Treaty, celestial bodies are regarded as belonging to humankind collectively and cannot legally be privately owned.

All certificates, registry entries, maps and related documentation supplied by us are symbolic, commemorative and novelty items only.

No offence, misrepresentation or disrespect is intended towards any scientist, astronomer, observatory, organisation, institution, government body or space agency in relation to the sale or marketing of these novelty gifts.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept their commemorative, novelty and sentimental nature.


5. Product Information and Availability

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges and optional upgrades are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be made in full before Goods are dispatched or digital content supplied.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.


9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Risk in Goods passes to you upon delivery.
